1. Who we are and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TRAFFIX («we») processes personal data when you use traffixads.com, the client dashboard, Pro panel, and related Telegram Ads services (Euro and TON cabinets, campaign management, support).

It does not cover third-party sites and services — including ads.telegram.org, Telegram Messenger, and payment providers. Their data practices are governed separately.

2. Data we collect

What we collect depends on how you use TRAFFIX:

  • Account: email, password (stored only hashed/encrypted), name or company, Telegram @username, phone if provided.
  • Advertising: campaign names, ad copy and creatives, targeting settings, channel lists, UTM tags, impressions, clicks, spend stats.
  • Payments: top-up and spend amounts, payment method, withdrawal details as needed for the transaction, transaction history.
  • Support: Telegram chats with managers, briefs, screenshots and files you voluntarily send.
  • Technical: IP address, browser and device type, interface language, cookies, login and activity logs for security and diagnostics.

We do not require passport data for standard cabinet setup. For certain niches or jurisdictions a manager may request additional information — only with your consent and only as needed for compliance.

3. Why we use data

  • Telegram Ads cabinet setup and administration via TRAFFIX.
  • Launching, moderating, optimizing, and reporting on ad campaigns.
  • Balance top-ups, spend accounting, refunds, and billing.
  • Technical support, consultations, and status updates.
  • Account security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
  • Improving the site, dashboard, and services using aggregated analytics.
  • Service, pricing, and policy updates via email or Telegram.
  • Marketing about TRAFFIX products — only with consent; you may opt out anytime.

4. Legal bases

We process data based on: contract performance (providing TRAFFIX services); your consent (marketing, extra details); legitimate interests (security, analytics, abuse prevention); legal obligations (financial records, lawful requests).

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only when:

  • Telegram / the ad platform — to serve ads, moderate, and report stats under Telegram Ads.
  • Hosting, CDN, email, and cloud providers — to run the site and dashboard under data-protection terms.
  • Payment and banking partners — to collect payments and process withdrawals.
  • TRAFFIX account managers — as needed to support your account.
  • Authorities — when legally required and properly requested.
  • Business transfers — in M&A with user notice where required by law.

6. Retention

Account and campaign data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure — to resolve disputes, refunds, and legal requirements (typically up to 3–5 years for financial records unless law requires otherwise).

Support chats and security logs may be kept shorter or longer depending on the case. Deletion requests are honored unless we must retain data by law.

7. Security

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Role-based access for staff and partners.
  • Secure credential storage (password hashing).
  • Suspicious-activity monitoring and login logging.

No internet transmission is 100% secure. If you suspect account compromise, contact Traffix or your manager immediately.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may:

  • Request access and a copy of your data in a readable format.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion or restriction (subject to mandatory retention).
  • Object to processing for marketing.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

9. Cookies and analytics

The site and dashboard use essential cookies for login, language, and session security. We may use aggregated visit analytics to improve the product.

You can limit cookies in your browser; some dashboard features may not work correctly without them.

10. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when the service or law changes. The current version is always at traffixads.com/privacy with the effective date. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard/Telegram.
