Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service («Terms») are an agreement between you («Client») and TRAFFIX for access to traffixads.com, the client dashboard, Pro panel, and services to connect and manage Telegram Ads.
By registering, topping up, or launching campaigns you confirm you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and accept them. If you act for a company, you warrant you have authority to bind it.
2. TRAFFIX services
Depending on the selected format we provide:
- Euro Telegram Ads cabinet setup (supported geos, external links to site/landing/channel/bot).
- TON cabinet setup (TON payments, in-Telegram links).
- Pro panel access: multi-campaign management, reports, bulk edits.
- Managed service: creatives, pre-moderation, daily optimization, manager support.
- Consulting on targeting, budget, niche compliance, and scaling.
TRAFFIX is not Telegram Messenger and does not guarantee uptime of third-party platforms. Ad delivery is governed by Telegram Ads rules and moderation decisions.
3. Registration and account
- Registration requires a valid email, password, and active Telegram contact.
- One account per client or legal entity; sharing credentials is at your risk.
- Keep your password confidential and report unauthorized access immediately.
- We may suspend or close accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, or platform/regulator requirements.
4. Campaigns, creatives, and moderation
The Client is responsible for ad content, landings, offers, and product legality in target geos. TRAFFIX assists with pre-moderation; final approval rests with Telegram Ads.
- Prohibited: fraud, malware, content targeting minors, IP infringement, niches banned by the platform.
- In finance, crypto, iGaming, health, and related verticals — Client must meet disclaimers, licenses, and geo limits.
- Rejected or paused ads are not compensated by TRAFFIX when caused by Client or platform rule violations.
- Stats come from cabinet and analytics data; discrepancies with Client CRM alone are not grounds for claims without proven TRAFFIX error.
5. Payments, balance, and refunds
Minimum top-up via TRAFFIX is from $500 unless otherwise agreed with a manager. Payment methods: bank transfer, card (where available), cryptocurrency (including TON for TON cabinet) — as agreed.
- Balance funds are used for ad spend and TRAFFIX fees per dashboard rates or agreement.
- Platform, TRAFFIX, and FX fees are shown at top-up or in reports.
- Withdrawal of unused balance is available on request after compliance review; timing may take several weeks depending on method and bank.
- No refunds for served ad impressions. Disputed charges are reviewed with cabinet data provided.
6. Intellectual property
TRAFFIX brand, site, dashboard, copy, and design belong to TRAFFIX or licensors. Client retains rights to their creatives and grants TRAFFIX a non-exclusive license to use them for campaign launch and moderation.
7. Prohibited use
- Circumventing Telegram Ads rules, abusive multi-accounting, metric manipulation.
- Attempting to hack the dashboard, API, or TRAFFIX infrastructure.
- Spam, phishing, or malicious links via our services.
- Use prohibited by sanctions or applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
Services are provided «as is» within reasonable commercial effort. TRAFFIX does not guarantee specific lead volume, ROI, or stable CPM — they depend on niche, creative, auction, and audience behavior.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, Telegram or ads.telegram.org outages, payment system failures, or moderation blocks. Total TRAFFIX liability is capped at TRAFFIX fees paid by the Client in the prior 3 months unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Term and termination
Terms apply from acceptance until account closure. Clients may stop using the service and request balance withdrawal. TRAFFIX may terminate access for violations with notice when feasible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. The current version is at traffixads.com/terms. Continued use after publication means acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
11. Governing law and disputes
We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation via Traffix or your assigned manager. If unresolved, governing law and jurisdiction follow TRAFFIX operator registration and mandatory consumer protections in the Client’s country of residence where they provide higher protection.
